Jason Fitz – Founder & CEO, Chief Strategist

In 2003, he created his first website and, driven by a passion for digital media, quickly launched an entertainment platform. As CEO, Jason fostered customer loyalty, engagement, and established a thriving brand. The site expanded to a team of 34 and drew visitors from over 120+ countries, amassing over 150,000+ monthly visits. He belongs to the American Marketing Association and PRSA. At the Fashion Digital Conference in Los Angeles, he was a keynote speaker and moderated a panel on digital marketing strategies for e-commerce. Additionally, he engages in Thought Leaders in Business, where business owners discuss growth strategies. A native New Yorker, Jason has been exploring entrepreneurship since his youth. In his free time, he advises business owners, pursues interests in politics and history, and enjoys the outdoors. He is an alumnus of Baruch College with a focus on communications and public affairs.

David Murray – Principal & CFO

As the Principal and Operations Advisor at Digital Influencing Agency, oversees the company’s new business opportunities, manages its finances, and orchestrates strategic partnerships. A LA native, he became part of the DIA team in 2013. His efforts have expanded the agency’s client roster and annual revenue, collaborating with the founders to elevate the company’s status. David splits his time between North Carolina and Los Angeles, maintaining residences in both locations. He holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Erin Smith – Account Director

Erin heads our Accounts team, taking charge of client meetings and guiding them through the intricacies of digital marketing, while also educating them. Her daily responsibilities involve client interaction, guiding them at each stage of their partnership with DIA, evaluating client performance, and offering recommendations to enhance their businesses. Erin is passionate about learning and stays updated with the latest trends in social media, marketing, and fashion. During her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, exploring NY top spots, savoring delicious food, and appreciating a fine Cabernet. She roots for the heartbreakers – the Mets, Jets, and Islanders. Erin holds a degree from Mount Saint Mary College and resides in Brooklyn neighborhood.

Matt Brown – Director of Operations

Matt is a serial entrepreneur and an accomplished author. Over the years, he has launched multiple companies. In 2015, he took on the role of Director of Operations at DIA, where he oversees project management, accounts receivable and payable, aides in both inside and outside sales, and supports the client service team. He also co-founded an e-commerce company, which he managed for 15 years through the dynamic shifts of the computer services industry, before selling it to a larger e-commerce entity. Residing in LA with his wife, Matt enjoys biking, skiing, and golfing in his leisure time.

Stephanie Charles – Social Media Manager

Stephanie serves as the Social Media Manager at DIA. As the latest member of the team, she collaborates with the agency team to implement social media campaign strategies, develops monthly social media calendars, coordinates with the creative team for asset creation, and ensures all creative content meets client objectives. A Philadelphia native, Stephanie holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Adelphi University. Outside of work, she immerses herself in the latest digital media trends, belts out show tunes, indulges in true crime podcasts, enjoys her beloved Disney movies, and is always on the hunt for her next caffeine fix.

Simone Phan – Lead Visual Designer

Simone is a creative problem-solver with an innate talent for math and logic. She discovered her passion for design and development early on and has been captivated by it ever since. Her enthusiasm for the tech and design industry carried into her 20s, propelling her to pursue a Bachelor’s in Communication Design. Beyond her commitment to art and design, Simone has spent considerable time mastering the latest front-end and back-end technologies. Her comprehensive skill set makes her an ideal candidate for the Lead Visual Designer position at DIA. Away from her desktop, Simone delights in her other artistic pursuits or ventures out of the city to satisfy her love for travel. Among her favorite pastimes are sewing, illustrating, and photo retouching.
